Extinct

This post is to all you Black Rhino fans and to say that in 2011, the last Black Rhino known to the world was killed. Im sorry that I did not report this earlier but I did not know until today. The animal was slaughtered by poachers and taken away to some godforsaken place. To all you people out there, this is a reminder that all the worlds beautiful, amazing, wild life could one day be gone forever and only we, the people of planet earth, can stop this. If you want to help the rest or some of the endangered animals go to WWF.com to find out more on how YOU can start saving the creatures of the world.

Hawksbill turtle

Hi I'm back with a new post. Sorry I haven't posted in a long LONG time I've just been a little, OK maybe really busy but now I'm getting back to my normal, post every Thursday routine. So back to the endangered species to days is the Hawks bill turtle there status is critically endangered and there are only 15,00 left in the world and I know that seems like that is allot but compare that to 15,000. Now I'm sorry but I'm going to have to cut this one short but see you next Thursday.

Cross River Gorilla

The third animal is the Cross River Gorilla. They're real cute right? But, don't mess with them since they have huge teeth so take my advice and don't make it mad.
Can you imagine carrying those chompers around all day?
Tune in on Thursday to learn about more endangered species.

Black Rhino

The Black Rhino is our second animal. It's a critically endangered specie who's scientific name is Diceros bicornis. I know some of you out there would think "why should we save this ugly creature" but you don't get the true beauty of the world.  And just because an animal's ugly doesn't mean we shouldn't try to save it.  Please comment what you think.

Amur Leopard

So this is our first post for Save the Endangered species and the first animal is an Amur Leopard.
As seen here you can see that no two spots also known as rosettes are the same.A leopards rosettes are
different then a jaguars since you can notice that the leopard has smooth circle like sides but with a jaguar they have irregularly shaped borders and at least 1 dot in the center of each one. You can help them by donating to our fund raiser which will be going on May through September each year until further notice.    Thanks for reading!
